Towel Sets
What’s included in the towel set?
Each set includes a bath towel, a hand towel, and a wash towel—made from soft, 100% cotton. Most styles are also available for purchase as individual towels if you prefer to buy them separately.
Can I personalize the towels?
Yes! Choose a monogram or initials in your preferred font and thread color when placing your order. Custom orders are also taken if you have your own monogram or would like to embroider your name. Contact us for your custom order
Are the towels machine washable?
Yes—use cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners to preserve the embroidery.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are custom-embroidered in our New York studio and typically ship within 1 to two weeks.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Absolutely. Just add a note at checkout and we’ll include gift wrapping and or a message.
Embroidered Bed Linens
What’s included in your sheet sets?
Each set includes a flat sheet, a fitted sheet with deep pockets, and matching pillowcases.
What sizes do you offer?
Twin, TwinXL, Full, Queen, and King and California King
What fabric are the sheets made from?
Our linens are made from 100% cotton with a 600 thread count and a silky-smooth sateen finish. If you would like a different thread count please contact us
How should I wash the linens?
Cold gentle cycle, tumble dry low, iron reverse side if needed. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.
Can I request a custom design?
Yes—custom embroidery is one of our specialties! Contact us with your request.
Baby Gift Sets
What comes in a baby set?
Our baby gift sets include a combination of a towel, bib, burp cloth, onesie, washcloth, or pouch—depending on the set. Each item is beautifully embroidered and trimmed with soft, baby-safe details.
Can I personalize the baby items with a name?
Yes! Most of our baby items can be personalized with the baby's name or initials. You’ll see this option on the product page.
Are your baby items safe for sensitive skin?
Absolutely. We use baby-friendly materials and soft stitching that’s gentle on delicate skin.
Are these good for baby showers?
They’re perfect! Our gift sets are bestsellers for baby showers and come beautifully folded and ready to give.
Can I request a custom baby set with a different fabric or design?
Yes! We love creating unique sets. If you’d like a baby gift set made with a specific fabric pattern, embroidery style, or design theme, just contact us—we’re happy to make something truly one-of-a-kind.
Table Linens & Napkins
What are your napkins made of?
Our embroidered napkins are crafted from premium linen-blend fabric, chosen for its elegant texture and soft drape. We also offer 100% cotton napkins upon request—just send us a message before ordering.
Do you make custom embroidered napkins?
Yes! We specialize in custom embroidery for weddings, holidays, and special events. Add initials, monograms, themed motifs, or even event dates in your preferred font and thread color. Contact us for a custom order.
Do you offer wedding napkins or reception sets?
Absolutely. Our napkins are a beautiful way to personalize your reception tables, bridal shower, or rehearsal dinner. We can create elegant napkin sets with custom monograms, names, or special messages just for your event. Please contact us.
Do you offer holiday-themed napkins?
Yes! We create seasonal and holiday napkin collections—think pumpkins for fall, holly and snowflakes for Christmas, or hearts for Valentine’s Day. Limited-edition styles are available throughout the year.
What sizes do your napkins come in?
Most of our dinner napkins are approximately 18" x 18" or 20" x 20". Check individual listings for exact sizing.
Are they machine washable?
Yes. We recommend washing on a gentle cycle with cold water and laying flat or tumble drying on low. Press with a warm iron on the reverse side for a crisp look.
Do you offer matching table linens or gift sets?
Yes, we can create full matching sets including placemats, runners, and coordinated napkin bundles. These make wonderful wedding gifts, housewarming presents, or holiday hosting sets.

General Questions
Where are your products made?
All embroidery is done in-house at our Staten Island, NY studio.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. We welcome wholesale inquiries, and we can accommodate wedding party, event, or corporate gift orders.
How long will my order take?
Most orders take about 2 weeks to process and ship, as each item is custom embroidered. If you need your order by a specific date or have a special request, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help!
Will I get to preview my monogram or personalization?
Yes! After you place your order, we’ll email you a photo of your custom monogram or personalization for approval. Please be sure to check your inbox and junk/spam folder, as our message may end up there.
If we don’t receive a response within 4 business days, we’ll assume the design is approved and proceed with your order as planned.
